The Pfeffernüsse Saison is Anspach & Hobday’s Christmas beer. It is inspired by the traditional tasty German Christmas 'peppernut' biscuit of the same name. Our seasonal special is an amber saison style brewed with candied sugar and spiced with: ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves and black pepper. These Christmas spices come together with the saison to give a wonderful biscuity, spicy and festive flavour - it is Christmas in a glass 🎄
