Shipping FAQs
Christmas/New Years Deliveries:
The cut off time for Guaranteed Christmas Deliveries will be 2pm Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee deliveries after this date. Please note there will be no delivery service during the Christmas/New Years period with deliveries recommencing from the 3rd Jan 2024. Should you need to contact us please follow the steps below.
How Can I Contact You?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. You can reach us on 020 3302 9669 and the best email for webshop orders is webshop@anspachandhobday.com. Emails sent outside of these hours will be picked up the following working morning.
When Will My Beer Arrive?
We dispatch Monday-Thursday, with orders placed after 2pm in that window being shipped the following day. All orders take 1-2 business days to deliver. All orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be dispatched to the courier on Monday. To guarantee your beer for the weekend, please order by 2pm Wednesday.
How Will My Beer Be Delivered?
Your beer will be delivered by our courier, DPD. You should receive a text on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour time slot.
What If My Beer Doesn’t Arrive?
Please check that you didn’t press Click & Collect by accident. If you have done so, please get in contact with us and we can get your beer to you.
If you received a text from DPD but did not receive your beer, please follow the instructions on the text message to contact them.
If you did not receive a text from DPD, please contact us directly. If in doubt - give us a shout!
What If My Order Is Damaged / Wrong?
If your order is wrong or extensively damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify and replace anything that requires it. Despite our best efforts minor cosmetic damage can occur in transit. Luckily, looks aren’t everything!
How Does Click & Collect Work?
Click & Collects can take up to 5 working days to be ready as they are dependent on our delivery driver’s schedule. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order is ready to pick up. Naturally, you can pick your order up during the venue’s working hours, which you can find below.
Click & Collect customers are also entitled to 10% off their first round when they pick up!

Do You Ship On Bank Holidays?
We don’t ship on Bank Holidays, but we do give plenty of notice for delivery deadlines regarding key calendar dates on our social media.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at the moment. We’ll bring it back as soon as we can.
